The retention periods for your personal data are based on VOILA CHEF's needs and legal requirements. We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the processing purpose(s) for which the information was collected, and any other related authorized purpose(s). We then archive it securely to meet our legal and regulatory obligations (for example, our accounting obligations, or to defend our interests in the event of a dispute with a user). When data is archived, only authorized VOILA CHEF employees have access to it. When personal data is no longer required and the legal archiving period has expired, we irreversibly anonymize it or securely destroy it.
