Executive Pastry Chef, Nicolas Paciello Pâtisserie
Nicolas Paciello is a talented pastry chef from Moselle, France.
He was a finalist in the prestigious Meilleur Ouvrier de France competition. After working in renowned Parisian institutions such as the Crillon, the Prince de Galles, and Hôtel Le Fouquet’s, he went on to open his own pastry brand, CinqSens, in Paris and the surrounding region.
In 2024, he launched his own brand, Nicolas Paciello Pâtisserie, replacing his former CinqSens boutiques in Boulogne-Billancourt and Pantin. The concept focuses on a return to classic French pastries (marble cake, vanilla flan, lemon tart, Paris-Brest), reimagined with a more accessible and joyful approach, true to the Chef’s personal identity.
In early 2026, he became Executive Pastry Chef at École Valrhona Paris, a leading pastry school renowned for its high standards, expertise, and support for professionals.
Through his creations, Nicolas Paciello is dedicated to sharing his passion and authenticity. For VoilaChef, he presents three sincere and indulgent recipes: an ultra-moist hazelnut praline cake, pistachio eclairs, and a Mont-Blanc-style entremets.
