Jeffrey Cagnes was naturally the first Chef to join the VoilaChef adventure. He then introduced Sophie to Chef Cyrille Van Der Stuyft, Meilleur Ouvrier de France in Bakery, who became another of the project’s earliest pillars.

Other Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, World Champions, luxury hotel Chefs, artisans and leading instructors gradually joined the platform to share their techniques, methods and experience.

VoilaChef grew through these encounters and around a shared ambition: to make the excellence of French bakery and pastry accessible to everyone who wants to progress.

Over the years, the number of courses has grown and the platform has expanded to include new disciplines, new Chefs and new formats.

Step-by-step videos have gradually been complemented by live sessions, replays, technology resources, a forum and spaces where members can ask questions.

But the original spirit remains the same: turning the Chefs’ expertise into precise, understandable learning that remains accessible over time.

VoilaChef is therefore more than a catalogue of videos. It is a continuing education environment that brings together expertise, teaching, technology and support to foster lasting progress.

Every course is an original VoilaChef production, designed specifically with the Chef. Before filming, our team works with them to identify the techniques, reasoning and details that will help learners truly understand their method.

Each filming session becomes a unique experience of sharing expertise, tailored to the Chef’s speciality and teaching approach. Gestures, textures and key stages are filmed close up and from several angles, then structured during editing to turn that expertise into precise, progressive learning that remains accessible over time.

VoilaChef was born from a career change and formative encounters. The platform then grew through the trust of the Chefs, the commitment of its team and a community of professionals, students and enthusiasts who share the same desire to progress.
