Alexis Beaufils

Alexis Beaufils is World Champion of Confectionery Art and a Pastry Chef Consultant and Trainer.

After a traditional training, with a Pastry CAP earned in Eure-et-Loir under artisan Bernard Holder, followed by an advanced diploma and a BTM in Pastry, Chef Alexis Beaufils honed his skills and creativity at Maison Dalloyau in Paris. There, he discovered the demanding and precise world of haute pâtisserie, notably through a key encounter with Yann Brys, Meilleur Ouvrier de France in Pastry, who inspired his passion for competitions and the pursuit of excellence.

A true perfectionist, Alexis Beaufils continued his journey through some of the most prestigious Parisian establishments: the Mandarin Oriental, Pavillon Ledoyen, Le Bristol, and more recently, Brach.

In 2022, he achieved the prestigious title of World Champion of Confectionery Art, alongside Florence Lesage, marking a major milestone in his path to excellence.

Driven by a passion for sharing and a desire to pass on knowledge, Chef Beaufils naturally turned toward training. Today, he supports artisans and chefs in various establishments, sharing his expertise and his modern vision of pastry. He shares his expertise to train the professionals of tomorrow and help them reach excellence.

A commitment to excellence that led him to coach the French team at the Junior Pastry World Championship.

Pastry has always been his playground and his greatest passion. The upcoming opening of his first pastry and bakery in his home region marks a new milestone in his career: Addiction, in Dreux.
